Greetings Fellow Entrepreneur, 

Cocktail Hour is excited to present to you “ Picnic After Dark : The Ultimate Upscale Picnic Experience.” This event is going to be an opportunity for us as business owners to advertise, promote, and earn revenue all while having a fun time. The evening is designed to provide guests an opportunity to socialize, treat themselves to a little shopping, enjoy delicious food, sip cocktails, be entertained and win prizes. I would love to have you as a featured vendor at the picnic by purchasing one of our awesome vendor packages.  

Picnic After Dark Details: 

Hosted in Savannah, GA 

Event Date: Saturday, June 18, 2022 

Time: 7:00PM - 10:00PM 

Venue: The Burn at Bethesda  

We have designed five vendor options, please review the package details below and make a selection of promotion that best suits your business.  

Platinum Vendor - $500.00: 

Admission for 3

Video Logo/Commercial - Your business logo/commercial will play during the event on a large monitor. You will need to provide a 10 second promotion/video or digital logo.

Bronze Vendor - $75.00: 

Admission for 1

Food Trucks - $200.00: 

Food Truck Admission

Set up time is from 4:30PM until 6:30PM and break down starts no earlier than 9:30PM. Food & Cocktails are included in all vendor packages. In addition we are also asking that vendors donate 1 gift for event raffles.   

After making your selections, please complete the vendor application. Once we receive your completed application an invoice will be emailed to make your payment. We ask that your deposit be made within 48 hours to secure your vendor space.
